In most of our properties we can offer a wide range of services to make your holiday more relaxing and enjoyable.

We also have an equipment hire service – for all those heavy or bulky items you need but are difficult to carry over. We have a large range of items for hire, from cots and buggies for the children, mobility scooters and wheelchairs to hairdryers and even sandwich makers! We have listed the most common items below but if you require something which is not on the list then please let us know and we will enquire about availability for you.

Meet and greet If required, we can arrange a meet and greet service to welcome you on the morning after your arrival to ensure that you are able to work all of the appliances in the property, as well as provide an orientation of the area and answer any queries..
Welcome basket If you arrive at a late hour or would like the convenience of having some basic groceries in the property when you arrive, we can provide a basic or luxury welcome basket... Basic pack: Jar of instant coffee, 25 tea bags, sugar, 1 litre of milk, 2 litres of water, carton of juice, butter, pack of biscuits, jar of jam, loaf of bread, 2 toilet rolls. Luxury Pack: Basic pack plus an extra litre of water, cheese, selection of fresh fruit, 6 eggs, bottle of local wine.
