The property is located in the pretty town of Pervolia which has been developed into a small tourist area without losing any of its charm. This property is in a fantastic location, a few meters from the fantastic beaches of the Larnaca district. The centre of Pervolia is a 15 min walk where you can find several shops and restaurants which are open all year round.

The busier town of Larnaca is about a 10-15 minute drive which has an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. The Troodos mountains are also located in the Larnaca district offering a great day out with some amazing views of Cyprus.
