Kapparis

This property is ideally located in the up and coming area of Kapparis and is just a stroll from a number of beautiful secluded bays and coves with superb crystal clear waters along the eastern coast of the island. Fireman’s Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, nestled between 32 magnificent coves that run down to famous Fig Tree bay in Protaras is located in Kapparis.There are a variety of quality restaurants and bars in Kapparis, all within walking distance, more than sufficient to keep you occupied in the evenings if you don’t wish to go far.

Set just off the main route between the traditional town of Paralimni and the holiday resort of Protaras it is well served by Larnaca International airport, a 45 minute drive away.

Protaras, a ten minute drive away, is a tourist resort extending along the spectacular coastline with numerous beaches all with fine golden sand and crystal clear waters.

Nearby is the town of Paralimni which hosts a combination of traditional tavernas and cafes and two of the areas largest supermarkets. Both Paralimni and Protaras have banks, cash machines and all local amenities you would expect. Nightlife is well catered for in both Protaras and Ayia Napa. For those who wish to venture further a visit to the picturesque Troodos Mountains and a shopping/sightseeing tour of Nicosia (the world’s only divided city) is highly recommended.
