Three bedroomed detached villa with private swimming pool, lounge and kitchen. The villa, with uninterrupted sea views, is located around 100m from secluded sandy beaches with crystal clear waters. A good selection of restaurants and bars are a 5 minute walk away; including Greek, Italian, Chinese, and Mediterranean Foods. There is a selection of pubs and clubs to suit all ages.  For the more adventurous, Ayia Napa, with its buzzing night life, is a 15 minute taxi ride away.

The villa is fully equipped with every convenience you would expect from your own home.  Further more, all rooms are equipped with individual remote controlled air conditioning units (for both hot and cold air).  There is a dining area with a wooden round table and six chairs.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size double bed, bedrooms two and three are equipped with two single beds each.  The lounge area is equipped with two leather settees, a large coffee table, an open fireplace and colour TV/DVD.

The kitchen is fitted with a fully integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher.  There is an oven and a four ringed gas hob (bottled calor gas) with stainless steel extractor hood.  Stainless steel microwave is also supplied together with kettle and coffee maker.  The fully fitted kitchen has a good range of storage cupboards. An automatic washing machine is located upstairs in the laundry cupboard.

For use outside, there is a patio table, six chairs and four sun loungers. The whole outside area is with glazed paving with a tropical surrounding garden.
