The dining area with its large circular table offers seating for six and is well served by the modern kitchen, whilst the comfy living space has sofa seating for 6 plus TV with DVD. A separate shower room with WC is also downstairs.

Upstairs master bedroom with its Juliet balcony is light and airy and offers plenty of space. There are also two other bedrooms each with two twin beds. There is also a family bathroom and a further separate shower room and wc.

Kapparis offers a great selection of quality restaurants, bars, mini-supermarkets and other amenities, just a short walk away. If you’re looking to explore the surrounding area then the villages of Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa are all close by.

The villa is suitable for all age groups. High chairs, cots, pushchairs, stairgates can be hired for an additional cost.The private pool is equipped with a child safety net to accommodate families with children. Air-conditioning/heating is include in the rental price. Strictly no smoking within the accommodation. No pets allowed.
