The accommodation is arranged on two levels, each storey measuring 85 square metres. The
spacious open-plan living area and dining room is located on the ground floor and opens out
onto a lovely terrace with outdoor dining area that overlooks the private swimming pool at the rear
of the villa.
The pool measures 8m by 4m. It is approximately 1.5m at the deep end and 1.1m at the shallow
end, making it suitable for adults and children alike.
Curtains with tie-backs adorn the lounge and the bedrooms. All rooms are fitted with window
blinds. Pictures on the walls and vases help to give the villa a homely feel.
Upstairs, the main bedroom has a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Bedrooms 2 and 3,
together with family bathroom can also be found upstairs. Bedroom furniture includes cherrywood
Italian wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinets.
The Satellite TV system provides a variety of English speaking channels, including music,
sports and news. Channels include MBC 2, 3, 4 and Action; BBC World News; CNN News; Euro
News.
The villa is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Protaras, which lies in the lovely Fig
Tree Bay, on the South East coast of Cyprus. Protaras is blessed with crystal-clear blue waters,
endless secluded coves, numerous sandy beaches and picturesque traditional windmills.
The nearest beach is just 100m from the villa. Other nearby beaches are at Firemans Bay
(300m), Malita Beach (700m) and Ayia Triada (1km). Watersports (including water-skiing and
windsurfing) are available at Protaras. The nearest shops are just a few minutes from the main
road (300m), where the nearest restaurants (local, French and Italian) (500m) can also be found.
The villa is just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Protaras, 10 minutes from the charming town of Paralimni, 15 minutes from bustling Ayia Napa and 50 minutes from Larnaca Airport.

Payments can be accepted by either cash, cheque or bank transfer. 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking with the balance due not less than 6 weeks prior to start of the rental period. Full payment is required if booking less than 6 weeks prior to start of the rental period. |
