Protaras is 5 mins drive away for its famous beaches, banks, larger supermarkets, chemists and a wider choice of shopping and dining options.
Paralimni is also 5 mins away with its beautiful church and main square, shops and street cafes - an authentic Greek town. The bustling resort of Ayia Napa with its famous beaches and fanatastic restaurants and large waterpark is only 15 mins drive away.

Preferred change over day is Sunday. Linen and towels are provided. Mid stay cleaning is available on request. Villa is fully air-conditioned for the hot summer months and has heating which can be used during the winter, (both at no extra cost).

Payments can be accepted by either cash, cheque or bank transfer. 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking with the balance due not less than 6 weeks prior to start of the rental period. Full payment is required if booking less than 6 weeks prior to start of the rental period. |
