The breakfast bar with stools separates the kitchen from the lounge area and allows everyone to help with the kitchen chores! Your eye will be drawn to the deep red leather sofas. But with sofas this comfortable, you may have trouble forcing yourself into the garden & pool! Two air conditioning units and ceramic tiles on the floor help keep things cool in the Summer.
There is a conveniently situated downstairs cloakroom with shower. From here, the stairs wind up to the first floor, to the 3 bedrooms & bathroom. The main bedroom has a Juliet balcony and a spacious en-suite whilst both twin bedrooms open out onto a common balcony that overlooks the pool. The garden has been landscaped and features separate patio areas to allow you to capture either the sun or the shade. Around the larger than average size pool is a range of shrubs that bring colour to the garden all year round.
The amenities of Kapparis are but 5 minutes walk, with a choice of supermarkets, bars and restaurants to cater for most tastes. From the traditional to the modern, you will not have to eat in the same place twice, unless of course you want to. If you want your entertainment more lively, the tourist resorts of Protaras & Ayia Napa are both close by, whilst Paralimni, the administrative centre of the district, will provide a fuller range of shops & banks. This villa is one of the larger ones on the development with 170 sq metres of covered area. Plenty of space to relax and fully enjoy all that Cyprus has to offer.

Payments can be accepted by either cash, cheque or bank transfer. 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking with the balance due not less than 6 weeks prior to start of the rental period. Full payment is required if booking less than 6 weeks prior to start of the rental period. |
