Family Villa with Private Pool and Sea Views
Blue Serenity One is located within a private community a short distance from the village of Pervolia and landmark of Cape Kiti.
The villa provides 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one of which is a ground floor, wheelchair accessible wet-room). The main bedroom offers en-suite and balcony views of the sea and private pool. Private pool (26 square metres) for use by our guests only. Large patio area with outdoor dining table and chairs, sunbeds and delightful wood-burning barbecue. Private parking.
The nearest unspoilt white-stony beach is just 150 metres from our villa. A sand beach with seasonal watersports, sunbeds, beach bar etc. is just a 15 minute stroll around Cape Kiti or 3 minutes by car. Larnaca with its 'corniche' and expansive flat sand beach is 15 minutes drive by car, taxi or local bus which stops regularly outside Blue Serenity.

Payments can be accepted by either cash, cheque or bank transfer. 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking with the balance due not less than 6 weeks prior to start of the rental period. Full payment is required if booking less than 6 weeks prior to start of the rental period. |
