The apartment has its own extensive private terrace which is fully enclosed and has access to a communal pool. Whilst the nearest beach is just 5 minutes walk away and a short walk further along the coastal path will reveal many other quiet and secluded bays all with crystal clear waters.

The long white sandy beaches around the family resort of Protaras, including the famous Fig Tree Bay and the lovely Connos Bay at Cape Greco, are just a short 10 minutes drive away whilst the larger livelier town of Ayia Napa is only 15 minutes away.

This is an ideal location with facilities and beaches right on your door step but also within easy reach of the neighbouring towns of Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa adding to the variety on your holiday.

The apartment has an open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens out through double patio doors onto the private terrace which is well positioned to catch the sun for most of the day whilst still offering some welcome shade. A large table chairs and sun loungers are also available on the terrace for your use. The living area features a leather sofa and double sofa bed and a TV and DVD player whilst the dining area can comfortably sit six for dinner. The master double bedroom also has double patio doors out onto the terrace and the second bedroom has twin single beds. The family bathroom has a bath with shower.

The communal facilities include a pool, toilets and changing rooms which are in the centre of the complex about 25 meters from the apartment.

Payments can be accepted by either cash, cheque or bank transfer. 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking with the balance due not less than 6 weeks prior to start of the rental period. Full payment is required if booking less than 6 weeks prior to start of the rental period.
