This roomy 2 bedroomed apartment is on the 2nd floor (top) of a luxury development finished in 2006 and located in quiet Kapparis between Paralimni (10 mins by car) and Protaras (5 mins).

The development has its own kidney shaped pool, patio, garden and parking area and is 500 metres from the nearest picturesque beach of Firemans Cove and 2 mins by road to a smaller beach. More coves or commercialised beaches with watersports are within a 10 min drive. The local supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants are a 2 mins walk away with a larger supermarket in Protaras.
