Apartment should be vacated by 10am unless there is no booking for that day. The nearest supermarket is on Kapparis Avenue, 200m from the development. Cypriot fish and meat Meze’s, as well Italian, Chinese and a-la-carte restaurants, tavernas and bars are minutes from your door. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk with some of the prettiest coves on the island dotted along the coast for miles either side. |

Payments can be accepted by either cash, cheque or bank transfer. 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking with the balance due not less than 6 weeks prior to start of the rental period. Full payment is required if booking less than 6 weeks prior to start of the rental period. |
