The apartment has its own private garden terrace and also another terrace facing the pool area. The nearest beach is just 5 minutes walk away there are numerous other secluded bays with crystal clear water a short walk away.
The long white sandy beaches around the family resort of Protaras, including the famous Fig Tree Bay and the lovely Connos Bay at Cape Greco, are just a short 10 minutes drive away whilst the larger livelier town of Ayia Napa is only 15 minutes away.
The apartment has an open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens out through double patio doors onto one of the private terraces. A large table chairs are available for outdoor dining. The living area features a leather sofa, double leather sofa bed, TV and DVD player. The master double bedroom also has double patio doors leading out onto another terrace that faces the pool area. The family bathroom has a bath with shower.

Changeover days can be flexible. Apartment should be vacated by 11am unless there is no booking for that day.
